Stadium Development

A feasible business concept is largely determined by the degree of multifunctionality (football stadium or multifunctional venue) and the interaction with the surroundings. We provide our clients with a successful concept, a.o. based on local market research, to look for sustainability and profitability. This concept is used as a base to be developed into an integral program of requirements consisting of a description of all functional, organisational, spatial and technical requirements, determining all specific aspects such as the future logistic flows, security compartments, catering facilities, multiple use of surface, etc.

Customised Business Model

Amsterdam ArenA Advisory assists clients in developing a business model looking for both optimising the initial investment and the operational result. We investigate the optimum financing structure aiming at maximising the equity component (funding) and minimising the operational (financial) risk. Subsequently, cash flow forecasts and income statements are prepared to optimise the operational result by determining the Return on Investment (R.O.I.) and Internal Rate of Return (I.R.R.).

Conceptual Design

We provide our clients with conceptual designs which is the visualisation of the program of requirements (including aspects such as multifunctionality, logistical flows, safety and security) and which forms the base for the subsequent architectural design of both new and existing stadiums. Amsterdam ArenA Advisory also provides support in the construction phase, insuring that the stadium will not encounter unexpected problems when entering the operational phase (permits, logistics, builder agreements).

Stadium Audit

We are specialists in analysing the logistics within the current design in relation to FIFA/UEFA regulations. We can investigate the adequacy of the premises from an operator point of view, while the most important technical aspects will be analysed in a specially developed technical design audit.
